Slife needs to run continuously in the background to track your activities:
1. Make sure you turn on Background App Refresh in iPhone Settings- >General->Background App Refresh.
2. If you close Slife in the multitasking view by swiping up (this is the view you get by double pressing the home button). Slife will be turned off until you open the app again.
3. Slife App will continuously use GPS in background, this may increase battery consumption.

I gave this app 5 stars because it keeps logs with your activity and it gives you the statistics in a chart. Another reason is that it has a high number of steps unlike other pedometer apps. In short, awesome app.
One of the best fitness apps out there. I love that I can see how many steps I take a day, and I love that it has a recommended goal as well. It also holds a history so I can see when I have been slacking. Love it, has been such a good help in motivating and tracking myself.

Some bad moments
Now that I have a FitBit, I realized that the APP is so inaccurate. I walked 30,000 steps according to FitBit. This APP says 1,620.
Yep does not work right it does not calculate the miles you have gone like it fixed
